So today was Dawns last day. She was one of our prep cooks. I'll miss her about as much as a bad headache. Ok ok so maybe I will miss her just alittle.

My little spot on the web to post my favorite recipes. I've gotten a few emails about the spelling of my blog title. I'm really bad at spelling but I actually meant to spell it wrong. :-)
Sorry I don't have better pictures. I'm not the best at taking them, I have a cheap camera, and most of them are taken at work so I usually just snap and go.
I always hate when I'm asked "how long do I bake this". My answer will always be "until its done". Baking times given on any recipe, not just mine but on ANY recipe is just a guide. It will depend on many different things. Did you preheat, is your oven actually the right temp, what size are the pans, how thick are your pans, do you have light or dark pans, what was the temp of the batter...you get the idea.
