Corn Madeleines

1 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup cornmeal
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup fresh corn, cooked

Whisk togerher dry ingredients. Whisk egg, buttermilk, and buttter together. Mix wet into dry ingredients. Stir in corn. Bake at 400 F for about 8 mins in a madeleine pan.
